Understanding results

Traits and facets in your report

The report includes five broad personality dimensions and up to 30 facets. Use the detail to support a conversation, alongside the person’s situation and experience.

In the owner’s workspace

Open a ready report from Clients. Use the report toolbar’s reading controls to show traits and facets. The traits-and-facets section starts collapsed; open its bar to inspect the charts and detail. Reopening this section does not generate a new report or use another credit.

In the client’s report

The recipient sees the sections chosen in their Report Template. The personality overview is included; facet detail depends on the template. Review client report shows the client version before you share it. Owner reading controls do not change that template.

If you received a report link, you do not need an owner account. Open the valid link to see the shared sections. If it no longer works, contact the person who sent it.

Read the results in context

Use the approved descriptions shown beside each result. Compare patterns instead of treating one number as a verdict. A high or low result is not, by itself, a diagnosis or a hiring decision.

Treat the recipient link as private and share it only with intended recipients.
