What you can do with BigFive Portal

BigFive Portal is a workspace for professionals who use personality assessments with clients. Manage invitations and reports, then use Coaching, Hiring, Leadership or Couples to prepare your work.

Start with a client report

Create a professional account and verify your email. Eligible accounts receive one welcome credit when activated; some accounts need review first. Invite a participant from Clients and follow their progress. One credit is used when a permanent report is generated successfully.

All modules are available from the account. Additional report credits come in prepaid packs, with expiry dates shown in Credits and no monthly subscription.

Choose what the client receives

Report Templates control the sections in the client version. You keep the full report and professional tools. Review the client version before sharing its private link. A template changes the report view, not the assessment questions.

Work in Portal or your own application

Use Portal for invitations, reports and professional workflows. The API lets you run assessments in your application using the same Portal clients, reports and credits. API calls do not email clients or share their reports automatically.
