Portal Cookie Policy

GLORIAPR Ltd uses cookies and browser storage to operate the B5.LY Business Portal. This policy covers Portal, not the separate consumer service on bigfive.ly.

Essential storage

Login, account security and the choices you ask us to remember require storage. These functions remain available when you reject optional analytics.

  • portal_account_session: owner login; a browser-session cookie, or up to 30 days when you choose to stay signed in. Server-side expiry and sign-out may end access sooner.
  • portal_staff_session: administrator login, up to eight hours.
  • portal_device_v1: a signed device identifier used to prevent repeated free-credit abuse, up to one year.
  • b5_cookie_consent: local storage recording privacy choices until you change them or clear site data. Other preference storage may remember your language and appearance.

Stripe and Cloudflare may use security technologies when payment or bot-protection features are used. Their respective privacy information explains their processing: Stripe and Cloudflare Turnstile.

Analytics

We use cookieless Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate public-site statistics. We limit the page views we send and remove URL parameters and fragments. It runs unless you refuse analytics; refusing also stops this collection. We do not treat this service as an advertising cookie.

Google Tag Manager can load optional analytics tags on the production domain only after you allow analytics. Advertising storage and personalisation are not authorised by an analytics-only choice. Essential login and payment functions do not depend on accepting these tags.

Change your choice

Open Cookie preferences in the public-site footer. You can reject optional use, save a selection or change it later. A page reload may be needed when withdrawing permission to stop a script already loaded. The choice applies to this browser, not every device. Clearing storage resets it. Browser controls can also block storage, although blocking essential cookies may prevent login or payment.
